About This Project
We believe good architecture is critical to the successful evolution of our cities. Every building we develop is an opportunity to improve the existing built environment. We take our role as city builders to heart. Our buildings are a reflection of our commitment to building tomorrow’s communities. We wanted to use non-conventional materials for Craft with an arts and craft quality. We chose Amsterdam brick made of recycled materials, in a monolithic pistachio colour. We are applying it in very elegant ways to create a quiet and handsome building.

Founded in 2005, Gairloch has been shaping the Vancouver luxury residential market for nearly two decades. Specializing in exclusive single-family homes and waterfront properties, they are renowned for their meticulous craftsmanship and integration of West Coast contemporary design elements, incorporating natural materials like cedar and stone. Their portfolio includes iconic projects in the prestigious neighbourhoods of Shaughnessy and Point Grey, showcasing expansive ocean views and private outdoor spaces.
